Product Description

Rice Straw Biomass Pellets are solid biofuels made by compressing processed rice straw into uniform cylindrical pellets. They are designed to serve as a renewable, cleaner alternative to fossil fuels like coal, wood, and pet coke in boilers, furnaces, heating systems, co‑firing power plants, and other thermal energy applications. The densification into pellets increases bulk density, handling ease, storage stability, and combustion efficiency.

Advantages
  • Converts agricultural residue (rice straw) that is often burned or wasted into a usable fuel. Reduces environmental pollution from open‑field burning. rage and transportation compared to loose straw. Higher bulk density reduces cost per unit transport.

  • More uniform combustion, better thermal efficiency.

  • Industrial boilers and furnaces

  • Thermal power plants (co‑firing with coal)

  • Biomass gasifiers

  • Commercial heating systems

  • Small scale heating and cooking where pellet burners are used

Quality / Packaging Options
  • Packaged in 25 kg or 50 kg bags, bulk bags (jumbo) or loose bulk depending on buyer requirement

  • Moisture‑proof packaging recommended to prevent quality degradation

  • Samples available for testing in buyer’s setup

Why Choose These Pellets Over Alternatives
  • Can substitute coal in many applications with comparable heating value when well processed.

  • Lower carbon emissions, more sustainable lifecycle

  • Adds value to agricultural waste and supports farmer income

  • Supports regulatory compliance / environmental norms
